When staying at home it can be easy to fall into feeling sluggish and unmotivated, so we're giving you our tips to stay active whilst at home.
Get your body moving and you’ll feel energised and perhaps less anxious in these testing times.
The World Health Organisation recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week, or a combination of both. Our favourite ways to get active at home include:
1. Follow an online exercise class or youtube video! Check out the below booty burner from our CEO's youtube channel
2. Tammy also has a fitness app, TammyFit, which offers step by step video workouts and stretches you can do at home. It also includes delicious, nutritionist-crafted meal plans (great to try when you're stuck at home). Click the photo below to check out more about the app.
3. Take short active breaks during the day. Could be something as simple as putting on some music and moving around or stretching, gardening, or just cleaning the house! Even small amounts of movement throughout the day can help keep you keep active.
